SoftSmiths Announces Customer Satisfaction Survey Results

Houston, TX. – October 2, 2013 – SoftSmiths, Inc., a leading energy software solutions and services company, today announced results of its most recent customer satisfaction survey aimed at measuring customer experiences with, and perceptions of, its services. Overall, all survey respondents rated their overall experience with SoftSmiths as positive.

Customers rate SoftSmiths well above global and industry benchmarks, with 90 percent of survey respondents rated their overall experience with SoftSmiths either as Extremely Satisfied or Very Satisfied.

Survey respondents rated SoftSmiths on key metrics including: responsiveness and professionalism of staff, quality and value of the products and services, usage experience and overall customer satisfaction.

One of the key results from the survey was that 100% of respondents stating that they would recommend SoftSmiths.
