SoftSmiths Announces Latest Customer Satisfaction Survey Results

Houston, TX. – November 20, 2014 – SoftSmiths, Inc., a leading energy software-as-a-service company, today announced results of its most recent customer satisfaction survey aimed at measuring customer experiences with, and perceptions of, its services delivered via The SoftSmiths Cloud. Overall, SoftSmiths reported that survey respondents rated their overall experience with SoftSmiths well above global and industry standards.

Survey respondents rated SoftSmiths on key metrics, including responsiveness and professionalism of staff, quality and value of the products and services, usage experience and overall customer satisfaction. The majority of respondents’ also reported their willingness to refer SoftSmiths to other companies. This response supports SoftSmiths assertion that Software-as-a-Service is fundamentally a better business model for both the customer and the vendor.
