Our maintenance programs provide the assistance and tools you need to ensure maximum quality, security and performance of your SoftSmiths solution. We have packaged our support services into three standard programs, Bronze/Silver/Gold, each tailored to a particular level of support. These support programs offer customers the ability to choose the level of serve to best leverage the value of their SoftSmiths investment.
