The server infrastructure is powered by an independent and redundant set of power distribution units, which ensures an unfluctuating source of electricity is available to the systems. Redundancy is key in any data center environment, and as thus our fully redundant 2.25 megawatt generators are on standby to guarantee consistent uptime should our main power sources suffer an outage. Multi-source redundant power is an essential part of data center design, and as thus our services’ reliability is ensured with the use of multi-day fuel reserves and UPS battery backup in a redundant N+1 configuration―in addition to the aforementioned multiple generators.

Keeping the customer data under lock and key is an integral part of both our business and your success. Each of the data centers are monitored 24x7x365 through digital video surveillance and exercise strict multi-level access control in all of the server-housing environments. Fire detection and suppression systems are in place at each of the locations to protect your data in a worst-case scenario.

This ensures the longevity of the hardware, and keeps the software-as-a-service operations open all day every day. Our cooling system is fully redundant; when weather conditions permit data center maximize on energy efficiency, cooling the hardware with recycled air from the immediate environment to make each data center that little bit greener.
